- When is your box office open?
- The box office at The Village will be open on show days 1 hour before doors are opened to the public.
- Is The Village available for rental?

Yes, The Village can be used by an outside promoter for a show, a private party, special events, etc.
Any questions about the venue can be directed to our contact section, where you can call or e-mail to get specifics of The Village.
We will be more than happy to give you a tour of the venue to see if it fits your specific needs.
- Where can I purchase tickets if I don't have a credit card to purchase them online?
- Tickets can be purchased at our ticket outlet, Area 51.

- Is The Village an all ages venue?
- Yes, The Village allows all ages to enter. The Village does have the authority to refuse patrons who are younger than 18 on certain shows, but this will be addressed when trying to purchase a ticket. For the most part, The Village is an all ages venue.
- Do you have a dress code?
- No.
- Can you smoke inside the venue?
- Smoking is not permitted at all inside the venue. There is a designated smoking section outside which can only be reached after you are inside the building.
- Do the shows have assigned seating?
- The Village is a general admission venue. There is no assigned seating. Get to the venue early to secure a good seat or standing area.
- Where is the bathroom?
- The bathrooms are located at the front entrance on either side of the concession stand.
- What is your capacity?
- There are about 650 seats in the venue. There is a small pit in front of the stage which provides a standing area for about 150 patrons. If a special event is held and the stage is removed, there is possibilty of providing a standing area for about 400-500 patrons.
